Bangenge Rules and Regulation

We decide to implement some rules in order to
develop regulation beyond this site, furthermore to avoid some
discretion and other upcoming predicaments. We are advised to do this
not to make others loss their interest nor their freedom of speech, but
to execute a proper management as well as peace and order.

We obligate ALL the person posting on this site, including moderators and admin, must follow this set of rules.

Any violation committed of any account/s shall be ranked as:
First Offense – Will be given a personal warning message.
Second Offense - Any violations committed on the second time, shall be given an infraction depending on the assessment of the administrator.
Third Offense – Banned depending on the outcome of the open communication (either
2-3 days; 5 to one week; up to whole month to banned permanently).

If the member/s who/whose repeatedly commit/s violation/s (in any different circumstance/s) shall be automatically banned permanently.


We
openly inform you all members, that before we imply any action to the
violator/s for his/her offense/s, they shall respectfully to be given a
time of 3 days to 1 week of ‘open communication’ to defend themselves or discuss the said matter, so that this site will contain a fastidious justice on both sides.
Failure
of the said ‘open communication’ within the said day/s shall submit
their self into proper punishment without hesitation.

Those who have been offended (members)
or encounter offending post (unintentionally or intentionally) by
violator/s are advised to inform the moderators or admin first, so we
could give an authoritarian action against the said member. This
procedure is required for a fair judgment of both sides.

Using of Foul/ Offending Words are Prohibited

This
is a strict rule that must be followed. Using of cursing (“mura”) in
any language, (biro man, or nakasanayan lang sabihin), any offending
words against other member/mods/admin, harassment, racist, inciting
religious words, damaging to moral self are enclosed into this rule.
Any person that will violate this rule will be subjected from first to
second offense depending on the verdict.

Using of abbreviation,
and or substitute words will be forcedly undo the post, and offending
phrases against other member will be erased automatically without any
hesitation.


We can enjoy this site without any
fighting/flaming situations between other members. So, we advocate
members to respect other person within this site.



This first rule is now officially empowered starting on this day.
Any post after this is considered as a violation.
Precedent post are not counted and will be ignored.

Sexual Harassment and
Posting of Explicit contaminants are not allowed

Any posts of sexual harassment against other members/mods/admin, in any language, and set of phrase are prohibited.
Any words sexually enticed will be edited or erased automatically.

In
addition, posting of explicit pictures, avatar/signature/banner, and
links/sites are also prohibited. Anyone who will violate this will be
automatically banned for one month and the posted message and other
contaminants will be erased.

Using of “Second Account”


As we all know, this one of the bangag.com has been enduring. However, on this site, this rule is not considered as a violation. But, we are not encouraging you to do so.

Nevertheless
we intend to make the members of this site understand that any
violations committed by the said account shall be automatically banned,
depending on the degree of offense and it will be based on the verdict
of the open communication.

Fighting and Flaming are strictly not allowed

Any
post that may contain inappropriate communication or initiating
fights/flaming posts between members of this site (including moderators
and admin) shall be erased (only by moderators/administration that are
not involve).
The involved person/s (both parties) in any fighting/flaming situation will be automatically banned for 3 days
- This will eliminate more damaging posts or prevent it from making the
situation worse. Within these three days, the person/s involved will
have to go through an open communication until the moderators and
administration comes up with the verdict.
Failure of this open communication, and members that will be proven guilty shall be given a 2nd to third offense as a punishment.

Factors of the degree of banning depends on the situation and damage made by the involved person/s.

We address the members to report any person who commit this violation to maintain peace and order within this site.

This
rule is exclusive for the chosen Moderators and Administrator. It will
protect the members from abusive authoritarian/s and to facilitate
non-bias setting or to practice fair justice.
Any action of
moderators and administrator must require supervision from other
members of authority before implementing infractions or banning of
members. Improper use of power against
members (until proven) without any control shall be expelled from being
a member of authority and will be given a 3 weeks up to one month
degree of banning.

This rule is only for situations of flaming/ fighting between accused admin/mods and members to avoid biases or 'kampihan' will take place.

We encourage members to PM the other members of authority and report the said abusive moderator/administrator.
