| malalabanan ang insecurities depende ito kung ano ang tingin mo sa iyong sarili,
kung ano ang nararamadaman mong kahalagahan mo at pagtanggap sau ng iba. para malabanan ito icipin mong kaya mong gawin ang mga bagay2 sa sarili mong pamamaraan.
sa tanong mo, uu may tiwala ako sa sarili kung kakayahan at naniniwla ako na kahit mahirap gawin ang mga bagay2 magagawa ko ito basta determinado.
